“Where God's Creations Meet.”

The Oaks Animal Ministry exists to care for God's animals and the people who love them. From our twenty acres in the Arkansas Ozarks, we feed pets whose families have fallen on hard times, rescue animals in need, and welcome travelers passing on the road to the Buffalo River — and the work of the ministry is carried by the work of our own hands, as the proceeds of our family's print shop, gift shop, and market goods are given to fund it. God is at the center of all of it. He is the reason we are here, and nothing here is accomplished without Him.

The Work

Pet Food Bank

Our Story

It began under the live oaks of Florida. God moved it to a historic Ozark farmstead in Erbie, Arkansas. Here's how — and why we're starting again.

Now in Arkansas

The Oaks Animal Ministry began in Florida, under a stand of great live oaks. That chapter closed, but the calling didn't. In the fall of 2026 we re-founded the ministry in Arkansas, on our farmstead in Erbie — Newton County, in the Ozarks above the Buffalo River.

Where things stand, honestly: The Oaks Animal Ministry, Inc. is an Arkansas nonprofit corporation, formed October 2026. Our application for federal 501(c)(3) recognition is our next step and is not yet filed — so gifts are not yet tax-deductible. We'd rather tell you that plainly than dress it up. More on giving →

This winter: our first pet food distributions. Spring 2027: the rest stop opens for its first season. One step at a time, in the order God lays them down.
